Cape Point near Cap Malheureux is located by the sea. The four suites and the Penthouse are surrounded by a 2000 sqm of tropical gardens with view on the ocean. The concept of a luxurious holiday home is the aim aimed and guests won't miss the luxury of a 5 star standard. Privacy and space are what give more value to the living situation. The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool with sun deck and great view of the island of Coin de Mire. Rest and relaxation can be found here.
Location
In the north of the island near the famous church of Cap Malhereux Cape Point is very quiet. Nearby you will find smaller shops and Pereybere or Grand Bay are suitable for shopping.
There are beaches in the area and most guests usually go to the next and larger beach of Pereybere. Directly in front of Cape Point during low tide are rather unfavorable for swimming conditions, at high tide it is possible to swim. Because of the many coral best snorkeling conditions prevail. As a starting point exploring the north and east Cape Point is ideally located.
By car, there are about 7 minutes to Grand Bay and the airport one-1.5Std depending on traffic.

Daily cleaning is among the primary services of Cape point and also laundry and ironing services are offered for free of charge. You will not be deprived of the Internet while on holiday as free Wi-fi is available. During rainy days DVD can be selected free from the DVD library in house.

The suites are approximately an average of 150 square meter and each have three bedrooms. In the bathroom of the master bedroom even has a freestanding bath. In general, all air conditioning bedrooms has its own bathroom and are equipped with integrated LCD TV with satellite channels conditioning. The living room is well equipped with a modern couch, dining table and high tech entertainment equipment. The large window surfaces throughout the apartment offers a wonderful view over the gardens and the sea. On the large terrace / balcony, and the fresh fish available on the fish market next door (Cap Malhereux) makes the grill a perfect time.
The large 250sqm penthouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior has the same excellent level as the suites.
Sports / Entertainment
Canoes and bicycles are available for free at Cape Point. Other water sports or recreational facilities can be found in nearby hotels or Pereybere and Grand Bay public beaches.
