Belle Haven is a modern residential and holiday concept with lots of potential. This modern house is divided into 10 apartment units with one or two bedrooms.
The front part apartments from the upper floors have sea view and those at the backside offer a view over the shared swimming pool.
Location
Belle Haven is particularly distinguished by its prime location in Mont Choisy. To the left there are just 200 meters from the beach of Trou aux Biches and to the right just 500m from the popular beach of Mont Choisy. The coastal road separates the property from the nearby sea. Directly opposite there is a small sport fishing port with a popular seafood restaurant called the "Le Pescatore".
You can swim very well on both beaches, but Mont Choisy offers exceptional conditions. The beach of Trou aux Biches is world famous for its white pristine beach.
Only about 100m direction Trou aux Biches there are 2 diving schools. Bars and restaurants are also nearby. On the beach of Mont Choisy you can find during the day plenty of mobile fruit and food stalls. Mont Choisy beach boasts of a multitude of water activities ranging from water skiing to boat trips.
The nearest shops in the area are rather small, however at only about 5-10 minutes away by car or bus there is a big supermarket with a wide range of products.
Mont Choisy is an excellent starting point for trips to the east and the north of the island. Port Louis is reachable within just 20 minutes by car. Estimated travel time to / from the airport (depending on traffic flow) is 1 to 1.5 hours.
Sports / Entertainment
For an extra charge, guests of Belle Haven can attend evening events in the nearby Coralia Hotel.
One may also go to the nearby 5 star resort Hotel Trou aux Biches which is very animated, especially on weekends. For a fee, you can also spend your day here (except during high season). The golf course is also open to guests from other hotels, although with prior reservation.
Tips / Suggestions
The restaurant "Le Pescatore" is highly recommended for a romantic dinner.
A car isn't absolutely necessary, but indispensable for a great holiday in Mauritius.
