Our terms & conditions

The terms and conditions are only applicable on completion of a booking.

1. YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING
You can book the holidays and take up offers on this website if they are still available. There may be other restrictions on some offers, but these are explained in the details of those offers. When you ask for your holiday booking to be confirmed, we will send to you our firms Holiday Invoice detailing your individual booking via your chosen method (email,fax or post) and set aside your chosen holiday for you. By doing this, we are accepting the booking on the terms of this Agreement. If you book for a group then you accept the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the group. Once we are in receipt of your deposit monies (as detailed on your Holiday Invoice) we will send you a Confirmation of Booking which needs to be signed by the person making the booking and returned to us immediately. If you are booking for a group, you are ultimately responsible for paying the Holiday Invoice by booking on behalf of this group, you are representing that each group member accepts that they are bound by this Agreement. If any detail on the Confirmation of Booking are incorrect, tell us immediately.

2. YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE
We reserve the right to change any of the prices shown on our website from time to time. We will tell you the up-to-date price of your chosen holiday and any other services advertised on this website before confirming your booking. When you make your booking, an initial deposit of 50% of the total value of your holiday will be payable immediately, full details of the required deposit will be detailed on our Holiday Invoice issued to you. The remaining balance as shown on your Holiday Invoice must to be paid to us via bank transfer no later than 14 days prior to your arrival date at your chosen holiday accommodation, failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your booking and all deposit monies will be unrefundable. All deposit monies are to be paid to us via a direct bank transfer to either our German or UK account depending on your residing location, our firms bank account details will be provided and detailed on your Holiday Invoice.
In addition, from time to time our suppliers may impose abnormal cancellation conditions in this event you will be advised as soon as possible. We will send you written confirmation of your booking detailing exactly what has been booked and what we have agreed to provide. Please check this carefully as it forms the basis of our agreement with you and advise us immediately if anything is incorrect. Upon the issue of your enquiry you are asked to read our Terms of Agreement and by ticking the relevant box, it is our understanding that these have have been read and you agree to abide by the terms of the Agreement. However, if this action has not been carried out, then payment of your deposit monies for the holiday constitutes acceptance of the Agreement.

3. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY
If after our Holiday Invoice and Confirmation of Booking have been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes if possible to do so. Any changes must be accompanied by an amendment fee of 25 euros per each individual change together with a written notification from the person who signed the booking form on your behalf. However any further costs we incur will be passed on to you.

4. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
You, or any member of your party may cancel your travel arrangements at any time, your initial deposit will not be refundable. Written notification from the person, who signed the booking form on your behalf, must be received at our offices.

5. IF WE CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY
We hope that we will not have to make any changes to your holiday but, because our holidays are planned many months in advance, we sometimes do need to make changes. We reserve the right do this at any time. We will let you know about any important changes when you book. If you have alreaady booked, we will let you know as soon as we can, if there is time before your departure.

6. IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
Our aim is to provide your holiday as booked. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday in any circumstances. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us, if available.

7. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your proprietor) and our resort representative immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint cannot be completely resolved locally, you must complete a report form, which can be obtained from our local representative. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were in the resort and this may affect your rights under this contract. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customers Services department giving your booking reference and all other relevant information.

8. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

We accept responsibility for ensuring that the travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied and that the services offered reach a reasonable standard. We regret however that we cannot accept liability for disappointments as a result of unreasonable expectations.

9. INSURANCE
It is a condition of booking with us that you take out insurance. The cost of medical and other treatment overseas can be high, and if you do not have insurance, we will not be able to help you pay those costs.

10. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is your responsibility to have valid travel documents including any necessary entry visa. If you are fined as a result of holiding incorrect documentation any money due will payable by you.

11. SPECIAL REQUESTS
We draw a distinction between special requirements which are items essential to you holiday enjoyment and special requests. If you advise us of a special requirement before you leave, we will do our utmost to honour that special requirement. Where you make a special request we will pass this onto the supplier but we cannot guarantee that these will be provided as per your request.
